Toon Ville aims to become the international capital of children's entertainment and, therefore, the fantastic Dr.W has been invited to the event. As it can not be otherwise, Woody Bonepecker prepares his speech for days of meeting, also learning and exchange between professionals, students and fans of the animation industry. This iniative proposes a three-hour forecasts with the best national and international animated production on TV, where our dear researcher teach his skills; and also creates a space for debate and reflection, a definitive look into the future of creativity in images.
